Winter Markt Event
Experience the magic of the holidays at the annual Birmingham Winter Markt, presented by Mercedes-Benz of Bloomfield Hills, featuring displays from local artists and vendors, European cuisine, thousands of holiday lights, ice sculptures, live entertainment, complimentary carriage rides and more. Santa House, a Kinderhaus children’s activity area and warming stations are sure to please visitors of all ages!

Join us on opening night (Friday, December 6) at 6 p.m. for the annual Birmingham Holiday Tree Lighting, presented by Dan Gutfreund Realty Group, featuring Santa, live caroling and the lighting of a 41-foot holiday tree adorned with over 40,000 LED lights!

Interested in Volunteering?
Volunteering for Birmingham Shopping District (BSD) events is a great way to give back to your community, while learning more about event management, interacting with community members and getting a behind-the-scenes look at what we do in the BSD. It's also a fun way to fulfill volunteer hour requirements for school or other organizations, or build camaraderie with within a sports team/club/troop. Complete this simple volunteer form or contact the BSD office at (248) 530-1200 for details.
Information for Vendors
All interested vendors must review the Rules and Regulations and complete the 2024 Vendor Application by September 27, 2024. Applications received after September 27, 2024 may be considered if space is available. Submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance as a Winter Markt vendor. If you are selected as a Winter Markt Vendor, you will receive an invoice from the Birmingham Shopping District by Friday, October 4, 2024.
